All prices of the products we sell are without Delivery cost. The standard Delivery cost is €9 to the places we deliver (see below). Delivery will be done by a third party delivery company based in Cyprus. It’s the responsibility of the buyer to supply us with correct address details and phonenumber of recipient. The Delivery company might decline the order if no phonenumber of recipient is included in the order details.

 

Places where we deliver

 

We deliver only to the following places in Cyprus:

- Famagusta Area (Ayia Napa, Paralimni, Protaras, etc.)
- Larnaca Area
- Nicosia (not to the Mountains Area)
- Limassol (not to the Mountains Area) (Not on Valentine's Day)
- Paphos (not to Coral Bay and further) (Not on Valentine's Day)

 

When to place your order

 

If you make your order before 12:00 it will be delivered the following day. Delivery can only take place on Monday until Saturday. When you place an order before 12:00 on a Saturday it will be delivered on Monday.

For example: if you want the delivery take place on Saturday, you have to place the order before 12:00 Friday. (If you see you are too late with placing the order please phone us on 99-409739 and we can see what we can do).

Off-course it's always better to order a few days before so you can be sure that your order is ready on the day you need it.

If you want to order balloons for a present for somebody else, we can deliver it to any address (to the above places) you tell us. We will also add a card with the text you want. This is very good for new born baby, birthdays or just to surprise somebody.

We are not responsible for any damage or breaking of balloons after the recipient received the order. Balloons can pop during transport. By big damage or breaking of 3 or more balloons you can contact us for a refund or resend of the order.
